About the Chef

Lela Gouge, a Georgia native, brings her culinary skills and fine dining background to casual dining at Moji's.  Lela's passion for cooking started with the summers she spent working with her Portuguese grandmother at the Wanderer restaurant on Jekyll Island, Georgia.   She later attended the School of Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Atlanta and worked in fine dining for many years.
